Program Manager

Manage product programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring customer expectations are met and financial targets are achieved. This role involves overseeing new product introductions, managing forecasts, reducing costs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and on-time delivery.

• Manage customer relationships and understand requirements
• Oversee product programs and ensure alignment with customer expectations
• Manage forecasts, project revenue, and E&O
• Drive cost reduction initiatives in engineering, operations, and materials
• Manage new program introductions and ensure time-to-market, volume, quality, and cost goals
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering
