Project Manager

Stryker is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency within the Global Quality & Operations PMO. This hybrid role involves managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving scalable growth.

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
• Develop and manage project charters, scope, schedules, budgets, and risks
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate project status
• Lead strategic initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational excellence
• Experience in medical device industry or regulated manufacturing environments
