Project Manager

Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee capital projects for a leading scientific university in Pasadena, CA. You will act as an Owner's Authorized Representative, managing projects from inception through close-out, ensuring they stay on scope, schedule, and budget. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful institutional projects in a dynamic, growing environment.

• Manage capital projects from planning to close-out
• Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers
• Conduct site visits and field observations
• Maintain project documentation and facilitate meetings
• 5-10 years of project or construction management experience
