Manager, Product Implementation & Process Management

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Product Implementation & Operations to oversee the successful implementation and ongoing operation of Medicare supplemental benefit programs. This role involves coordinating implementation activities, ensuring operational readiness, and driving process improvements by partnering with various internal and external teams.

• Support implementation of Medicare supplemental benefit initiatives
• Coordinate implementation activities and monitor project milestones
• Partner with business, operations, technology, compliance, and vendors
• Identify risks, dependencies, and operational impacts
• Support operational readiness, testing, and validation efforts
• Research, document, and resolve operational issues
