Manager, Preconstruction Scheduling

Nscale is seeking a Manager, Preconstruction Scheduling to lead campus-level project schedule development for new builds. You will create integrated delivery schedules, perform variance analysis, and translate complex constraints into actionable frameworks. This role reports to the Director, Preconstruction Scheduling and is crucial for enabling speed to market.

• Develop and manage preconstruction schedules for active portfolio
• Create conceptual and detailed schedules for various user groups
• Integrate internal and external workstream schedules
• Perform critical path schedule analysis and risk assessment
• Utilize Primavera P6 and MS Project expertise
• Experience in data center or mission-critical facilities preferred
