Senior Product Manager - Data and AI Platform

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their Data and AI Platform team. This role focuses on owning algorithmic systems that influence downstream product features, requiring a strong statistical background to translate complex, data-driven problems into clear product requirements for engineering and ML teams. You will define roadmaps, evaluate model tradeoffs, and set goals for algorithmic system health.

• Define and own roadmap for algorithmic systems (ranking, deduplication, causal inference)
• Translate customer pain into statistically rigorous product requirements
• Partner with ML and engineering to evaluate model tradeoffs
• Set measurable, multi-quarter goals for algorithmic system health
• Lead discovery with domain product teams and customers
• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS
