Project Manager

Heritage Construction + Materials is seeking a Project Manager to oversee heavy/highway construction projects. This role involves managing project administration, documentation, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the heavy highway industry and strong communication and organizational skills.

• Manage project administration and documentation
• Establish and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractor and utility relocation efforts
• Prepare cost estimates and change order submittals
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEO, and other regulations
• Develop strong knowledge of project plans and specifications
