Product Manager

We are looking for a strategic Product Manager to lead the development of new HP Poly services, focusing on maximizing support offer performance, driving revenue, and managing costs. You will own the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and pricing to seamless service delivery and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with market demands and profitable growth.

• Own product support and solution portfolios throughout their lifecycle
• Collaborate globally to implement innovative services and solutions
• Analyze business data to identify root causes and drive improvements
• Represent services within product core teams and incorporate service requirements
• Develop and manage service level agreements
• Experience with Care Pack services, digital workplace platforms, or enterprise SaaS
