Project Manager

Clark Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day project operations, including planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and progress monitoring. This role involves contract administration, procurement, financial reporting, and ensuring project success from start to finish.

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee risk management and monitor project progress against schedule
• Ensure project close-out, including manual turnover and final payments
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with owners and design firms
• Drive a culture of safety on the project site
