IT Project/Program Manager

Itero Group is seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to lead strategic technology modernization initiatives for a Loan Origination & Servicing Platform upgrade. This role involves managing cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions that improve lending operations, workflows, reporting, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services technology projects and the ability to manage complex initiatives from planning through implementation.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial banking system upgrade, conversion, and enhancement initiatives
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning
• Partner with Commercial Lending, Credit, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Coordinate ACBS integrations with upstream and downstream applications, APIs, data warehouses, and reporting platforms
• Oversee data conversion, migration, reconciliation, and production cutover activities
• Lead project governance, executive reporting, RAID management, and steering committee meetings
