Senior Manager, Launch, Global Value Stream (US)

HelloFresh is seeking a Learning Platform Manager to oversee the creation and rollout of new training materials for distribution centers and offices. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams, managing project timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, and standardizing processes to ensure operational readiness and minimize business disruption.

• Primary owner for development of all training programs for Distribution Centers and centralized offices
• Develop comprehensive plans including scope, work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and drive alignment across internal teams (Operations, OpEX, Training, HR, Safety)
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Document and standardize content request processes and create post-mortem reports
• Proven experience (5+ years) in content creation, preferably with digital/AI experience
