Product Manager

O.C. Tanner is seeking a Product Manager to join their cross-functional team and define/deliver features for their Culture Cloud platform. You will own the product lifecycle, collaborate with global teams, and translate customer needs into actionable requirements to enhance employee experiences.

• Own product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and stakeholders on product vision and roadmap
• Translate customer needs and business goals into product requirements
• Prioritize features using data, research, and strategic insight
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across global teams
• Measure product success through KPIs, user feedback, and experimentation
