Manager, Technical Program Management

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Technical Program Management to lead a global team in driving large, cross-functional strategic initiatives within our Payment Networks Technology Switching Solutions team. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of projects, from conceptualization through production deployment, ensuring seamless integration across product, development, and dependent organizations. This role requires a leader who can develop a clear vision, foster strong relationships, and rigorously manage execution to deliver impactful engineering work.

• Lead and develop a global team of Technical Program Managers
• Drive strategy and execution for large, cross-functional technology initiatives
• Manage end-to-end delivery of engineering work from inception to completion
• Oversee project health, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Build strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other key teams
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and mentor staff
