Product Development Manager

Lead the end-to-end development and launch of new investment products, from concept to market. You will convert client needs and market opportunities into commercially viable solutions, working across various asset classes and product structures. This role requires deep investment product expertise, strong execution skills, and the ability to align senior stakeholders.

• Own the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Evaluate market opportunities and assess product feasibility
• Develop rigorous business cases and define product requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Ensure products meet regulatory, risk, and operational standards
• Experience with digital assets and tokenized structures is a plus
