Partner Program Manager

SHI is seeking a Partner Program Manager to lead and manage Market Development Fund (MDF) programs from development through execution. This role involves creating sponsorship proposals, managing timelines and inventory, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring successful program delivery to meet the needs of SHI and its partners. • Lead MDF attachment strategies and sponsorship proposals
• Manage program timelines, inventory, and stakeholder accountability
• Support various partner-sponsored initiatives and events
• Collaborate with internal departments for successful program execution
• Drive adoption of new platforms for process automation
• Serve as a key stakeholder for business units and mentor junior team members
