Senior Project Manager, Labs

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead laboratory construction and renovation projects. This role involves managing project lifecycles, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality lab facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in lab project management and a strong understanding of scientific research facilities.

• Lead laboratory construction and renovation projects from initiation to closeout
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, and schedules
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety guidelines
• Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning
