Senior Project Manager, Labs

Lead and manage laboratory construction and renovation projects from initiation to closeout. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in lab design and operations, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure high-quality facilities are delivered on time and within budget.

• Lead laboratory construction and renovation projects
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, and schedules
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines
