Senior Project Manager

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects from planning through closeout. This role involves managing project budgets, schedules, and client objectives, acting as a liaison between clients and project participants, and focusing on retail and flagship projects. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and client service skills.

• Manage capital improvement projects from inception to completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and client objectives
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams
• Focus on retail branch and high-profile flagship projects
• Develop and execute project strategies and detailed plans
• Ensure project delivery within budget and on schedule
