Application Management, Supervisor

Strada is seeking an Application Management Supervisor to lead a team supporting EWS, UMT, and data migration accounts. This role involves managing workload, coaching team members, and ensuring timely resolution of application issues while upholding company policies and fostering a positive team environment.

• Lead a team providing support and maintenance for EWS, UMT, and data migration accounts
• Manage workload distribution and oversee shift schedules
• Coach, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for team members
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and application issues
• Foster a stimulating team environment with high engagement
• Participate in recruitment and retention strategies
