Digital Product Experience Manager

Trane Technologies is seeking a Digital Product Experience Manager to join their Digital Experience Center of Excellence. In this role, you will shape and elevate digital experiences across products and business units by improving intake quality, clarifying priorities, and strengthening readiness before design and development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence digital experiences at a portfolio level and drive consistent, customer-centered outcomes.

• Shape digital experience initiatives across products and business units
• Improve intake, prioritization, and readiness before work enters design and development
• Identify overlaps, gaps, dependencies, and shared opportunities across teams
• Partner closely with Product Managers, UX, UI, Research, Engineering, and Project Management
• Influence roadmap discussions by connecting product decisions to customer implications
• Strengthen coordination across product and experience teams
