Insurance Product Manager, BOP

Next Insurance is seeking an experienced Insurance Product Manager to join their Property team. This role focuses on developing and optimizing business owner's policy (BOP) products for small businesses, involving pricing, coverage, underwriting, and compliance. You will drive product strategy, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product profitability.

• Oversee coverage, pricing, underwriting, and compliance for core insurance products
• Own product initiatives from conception through post-launch monitoring
• Conduct industry research and customer interviews to identify needs
• Optimize pricing and shape insurance offerings to drive growth
• Partner with Technical Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Claims teams
• Utilize customer insights and data to improve product performance
