Project Manager / PMO Lead - Hybrid

ICF seeks an experienced Project Manager/PMO Lead for a complex federal technology and data services program. This hybrid role, based in Washington DC, involves day-to-day program management, including schedule, staffing, risk tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have disciplined PMO execution experience in federal IT environments and a PMP certification.

• Support Program Manager in day-to-day task order execution
• Maintain task order-level view of progress, risks, and resource utilization
• Coordinate with technical leads across multiple workstreams
• Prepare and maintain program governance materials
• Manage risk, issue, action item, and decision logs
• Apply ITIL-based service management and federal IT best practices
