Program Manager 1

As a Program Manager 1 at Northrop Grumman, you will lead a team through all phases of developing and fielding revolutionary counterspace mission capabilities. This entry-level role offers Profit & Loss leadership experience, focusing on delivering on contractual requirements within cost and schedule while achieving technical objectives and building customer intimacy. You will manage smaller programs or act as a Deputy on larger ones, guiding teams from inception through completion.

• Lead teams through all program phases from shaping to fielding
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Develop customer relationships and new business opportunities
• Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT)
• Requires Top Secret/SCI clearance and ability to travel 25%
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience or Master's with 3 years

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
