Technical Project Manager

Lead software and research-informatics projects at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine. You will own the Agile process, manage project backlogs, and serve as the main point of contact for external collaborators on NIH-funded projects. This senior role requires strong technical fluency and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between engineers and stakeholders.

• Own Agile process end to end
• Translate research and technical requirements into implementation tickets
• Serve as primary liaison to external collaborators and partner institutions
• Track grant milestones and deliverables for NIH-funded projects
• Communicate project status, risks, and priorities to stakeholders
• Refine team workflows and maintain project documentation
