Project Mgr, Business Product & Dev

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Project Manager to lead regulatory-related business product and development initiatives within their MedTech division. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into functional specifications and drive process improvements.

• Lead regulatory business product and development projects from initiation to delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and IT stakeholders to define requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and risk resolution
• Support implementation and deployment of regulatory business products and tools
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for regulatory project delivery
