Director of Product

Oula is seeking a Director of Product to own the roadmap for their patient and clinician technology, including EHR and care navigation tools. This role involves deep collaboration with clinical, operational, and engineering teams to define, build, and iterate on products that improve maternity care outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and a passion for patient advocacy.

• Own product roadmap for patient and clinician-facing technology
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and engineering teams
• Conduct product discovery through user interviews and data analysis
• Manage roadmap ownership, quarterly planning, and backlog prioritization
• Solve complex cross-functional problems in a regulated healthcare environment
• Define and analyze feature success metrics
