Software Program Manager

• Lead software and digital product development programs
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Regulatory)
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and risk strategies
• Ensure alignment between software, hardware, systems, and business deliverables
• Support compliance with medical device regulations and software lifecycle processes
• 5+ years in program/project management or related technical roles
