Project Manager

Leidos is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives for the DISA Defense Red Switch Network on an enterprise VoIP management system contract. You will manage a team of 5-10 professionals, overseeing project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within scope and budget. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and the ability to guide teams through evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage project planning, implementation, security authorization (RMF), and documentation for Defense Red Switch Network
• Lead and develop a team of 5-10 professionals
• Partner with diverse stakeholders to align objectives and resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure adherence to project baselines, timelines, budget, and scope
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and DISA customers
• Maintain an active DoD TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI Eligibility

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

• Requires a Top Secret security clearance.
