Project Manager, Software

Lead software and software-enabled medical device initiatives within Acute Care Research and Development. You will guide projects from initiation through closure, ensuring disciplined execution, regulatory compliance, and predictable delivery. This role involves developing project plans, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Lead software and medical device projects from initiation to closure
• Develop project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and change requests
• Ensure compliance with design control, SDLC, cybersecurity, and quality systems
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial
• Report project status to stakeholders and leadership
