Product Analyst

PEAK6 is seeking a strategic and tactical Product Analyst to shape the tools, platforms, and systems powering their portfolio businesses. You will iterate on existing products and envision new ones to boost performance, efficiency, and innovation, working closely with various departments to identify needs and create technology solutions.

• Develop and execute product roadmaps for internal HR, Finance, and Support SaaS tools
• Engage with departments to identify workflows, pain points, and create technology/AI solutions
• Champion product vision and communicate priorities, strategy, and progress
• Define user stories, map user flows, prioritize backlog, and set acceptance criteria
• Implement and communicate metrics, conduct usability testing, and use data for improvement
• Build partnerships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
