Onboarding Product Manager

Securitize is seeking an Onboarding Product Manager to own the end-to-end investor onboarding experience for tokenized investment opportunities. This role focuses on simplifying complex processes, integrating blockchain wallet experiences, and ensuring a seamless flow for investors across various fund structures and funding methods.

• Own investor onboarding journey from account creation to successful investment
• Redesign flows to maximize clarity, conversion, and investor trust
• Define and prioritize product requirements for funding, document execution, and allocation periods
• Integrate blockchain wallet experiences into familiar fintech onboarding flows
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and customer support
• Define and track onboarding success metrics
