Sr Staff Technical Program Manager

Lead the execution of complex, interdependent technology projects within a program, focusing on Salesforce Cloud, Field Service, and Leankor platforms. You will define execution standards, provide strategic technical leadership, and manage multi-generational project strategies to ensure platform scalability and mitigate technical debt.

• Define functionality and specify requirements in collaboration with business and technology leaders
• Provide domain-level leadership for Field Service and Outage Management digital platforms
• Manage multi-generational project strategies, balancing business outcomes with scalability
• Establish and enforce global project management frameworks and technical execution standards
