Project Manager

Northeastern University seeks a Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the university, consultants, and contractors. This role involves overseeing procurement, project administration, scope definition, contract management, conflict resolution, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Oversee procurement of services, project administration, and scope definition
• Administer contracts, resolve conflicts, and manage payments
• Control costs, schedules, and quality of work
• Develop and prioritize programs/projects
• Partner with Director of Work Management to develop metrics and recommendations
• Minimum five to ten years of related experience in construction, architecture, or project management
