Program Management Engineer

As a Program Management Engineer at Aptiv, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product development projects from business award through post-launch. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, risks, and finances, acting as the key interface with customers to ensure timely delivery of critical components. This role requires meticulous adherence to Aptiv's processes and a commitment to flawless project launches.

• Lead cross-functional teams for project execution and problem-solving
• Manage the Product Development Process (PDP) from award to post-SOP
• Conduct Gate Reviews for flawless project launches
• Identify and escalate project risks to management
• Monitor and control project investment and financial performance
• Serve as the primary customer interface for project deliverables
