Staff Technical Program Manager, Autonomous Software (Air Dominance & Strike)

Lead the full lifecycle of advanced autonomous airpower systems, focusing on software-defined capabilities. This role requires deep technical acumen in AI/ML and complex systems, strong program management skills, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships.

• Lead full lifecycle of autonomous airpower systems, emphasizing software
• Own and optimize strategic software roadmap and trade-offs
• Manage program cost, schedule, and resource allocation
• Develop and implement high-velocity program management methodologies
• Mitigate technical, programmatic, and operational risks
• Provide strategic updates to executive leadership and government customers
