Principal, Support Product Manager

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Principal, Support Product Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and commercialization of their support portfolio. This role involves defining differentiated offerings, improving clarity and competitiveness, and partnering cross-functionally to drive customer value, adoption, retention, and margin performance.

• Own support portfolio strategy, offer design, and competitive positioning
• Manage portfolio economics, P&L visibility, and margin performance
• Lead pricing and packaging strategy for support offerings
• Develop portfolio messaging and communications for internal and external audiences
• Establish operating rhythms and performance metrics for the support portfolio
• Drive strategy and business model for value-added support bundles
