Director of Product Management

Cohesity is seeking a strategic Director of Product Management to lead the product vision, roadmap, and market success for core data platform technologies. This role involves defining product strategy, managing a technical portfolio, and driving innovation in areas like data access, file systems, and AI-powered operations. You will partner closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver enterprise-grade platform capabilities and exceptional customer outcomes.

• Define product vision and strategy for Cohesity's Data Platform services
• Lead product portfolio management, roadmap planning, and execution
• Drive platform innovation in distributed data services and file systems
• Deliver customer and business outcomes through platform adoption and satisfaction
• Build and lead high-performing Product Management teams
• 15+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software or data management
