Product Manager

Family Dollar is seeking a Product Manager for Global Sourcing to lead vendor strategy, cost architecture, and product execution for Soft Home, Housewares, and Home Decor. This role involves owning the category from concept to shelf, building supplier relationships, and ensuring cost, quality, and compliance across a global vendor base.

• Own sourcing strategy for Soft Home, Housewares, and Home Decor
• Build vendor segmentation and allocation strategy
• Partner with design and merchant teams from concept through development
• Direct RFP processes and competitive negotiation
• Build and govern clean sheet costing models
• Manage sourcing calendar and product development timeline
