About this role

HITT is seeking a technically fluent Senior Associate, Technical Product Manager to own a key area of our proprietary project software platform. You will partner closely with engineering and business teams to manage the product backlog, drive releases, and ensure the platform's stability and adoption in fast-paced field environments.

What we are looking for

Own product backlog, user stories, and prioritization
Partner with Business Analysts and Engineering on requirements and delivery
Manage release calendar and production issue triage
Support user training and adoption efforts
4+ years in product management, technical analysis, or software delivery
Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud environments, and Agile methodologies
