Senior Project Manager

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee project delivery, support capital plan development, and manage project budgets. This role involves leading teams of consultants and contractors, managing client relationships, and ensuring project performance meets criteria. The position requires strong financial acumen, risk management skills, and proficiency in project management software.

• Directly responsible for overall project management delivery
• Support Client with Capital Plan development & project scope
• Develop project budget including hard and soft costs
• Manage teams of consultants and contractors
• Maintain client relationships and manage conflict resolution
• 7-10 years of experience in construction project management
