Technical Program Manager, AI Delivery

This role involves managing enterprise-grade AI software delivery, collaborating with strategic customers and internal teams, and driving program execution. You will be the technical voice for customers and contribute to shaping Cohere's product and operations.

• Manage customer-facing AI software delivery
• Collaborate with strategic customers and internal teams (AML, FDE, Product, GTM)
• Drive program planning, execution, and risk management
• Communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager
• Experience in enterprise-grade AI software/solutions delivery
