Sr. Program Manager

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead highly strategic, cross-functional programs. You will be responsible for defining program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing risks and dependencies. This role requires advising executives, coaching delivery teams, and driving program excellence across the organization.

• Lead enterprise-level programs with multiple related projects
• Define program plans, roadmaps, scope, and success measures
• Facilitate steering committees and decision forums
• Advise executives on program trade-offs, risks, and impacts
• Ensure consistent application of PMO frameworks and delivery standards
• Mentor Program and Project Managers
