Program / Product Manager

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives within the Treasury Technology team. This role involves partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and Agile practices. The ideal candidate will drive execution, facilitate collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of complex technology programs.

• Lead complex Treasury Technology programs from initiation through implementation
• Define program objectives, success metrics, roadmaps, and financial plans
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments
• Coach delivery teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
• Serve as a liaison between Treasury business partners and technology leaders
• Drive modernization, cloud adoption, and automation initiatives
