Manage HR technology projects for US employees, coordinating HR, IT, and business stakeholders from planning through delivery. You will be responsible for project plans, execution, stakeholder collaboration, risk management, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Manage HR technology initiatives from planning through hypercare
• Coordinate HR, IT, Operations, and business stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans
• Drive execution, manage milestones, and remove blockers
• Facilitate working sessions and status meetings
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
