Project Manager - Product

Sphera is seeking a Project Manager to lead product launches and bring structure to the go-to-market process. This role partners with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery, coordinating all aspects of the launch process from planning to execution. You will manage timelines, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and the creation of launch materials.

• Own and coordinate end-to-end product launch process
• Partner with Product Managers and Directors on launch activities
• Serve as central coordination point between Product and go-to-market teams
• Maintain visibility into launch readiness and track progress
• Coordinate creation and delivery of launch materials
• Manage multiple product launches simultaneously
