About this role

Stryker is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of DevOps and engineering programs. You will manage project plans, timelines, and risks, partnering with various teams to ensure predictable delivery and drive Agile practices. This role requires a strong understanding of software development, DevOps principles, and project management tools.

What we are looking for

Lead DevOps and engineering program planning and execution
Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
Partner with Business Units, Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams
Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement
Monitor delivery health through metrics and reporting
7-11 years of Project/Program Management experience in software engineering
