Lead product innovation and portfolio growth within the Lash, Brow, and Lash/Brow Care categories. You will oversee new product development, manage category strategies, and drive long-term business objectives while leading a team of product development professionals. This role requires close collaboration with various internal departments and external partners to ensure successful commercialization and profitable growth.
