About this role

Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex IT program focused on energy efficiency and clean energy initiatives within a major utility. You will oversee multiple interdependent projects and a large team, managing all aspects of program delivery including schedule, scope, risks, budget, and executive communication. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management to ensure successful program outcomes.

What we are looking for

Lead a large, complex IT program with seven interdependent projects and over 60 team members
Manage program budget, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
Oversee project managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors
Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
Provide executive-level status updates and presentations
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
