About this role

Lead the execution of new wind turbine programs from concept to sunset, managing schedules, budgets, and resources. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development milestones are met and facilitate issue resolution and risk management.

What we are looking for

Lead execution of new wind turbine designs, upgrades, and market introductions
Manage integrated program schedule, budget, and resource identification
Coordinate deliverables and critical path activities with subsystem managers
Provide cross-functional product leadership across Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Services
Facilitate issue resolution and develop contingency plans
Lead communication of programmatic and technical risks
