Technical Program Manager

Cisco's Customer Experience team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end engineering planning and development across multiple cloud-based product and engineering teams. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to plan requirements, develop timelines, mitigate risks, and drive technical tradeoffs. This role focuses on process improvements and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
